Why I Started Eng2Lead
MY MOTIVATION
Throughout my career, I've seen brilliant technical professionals struggle with the transition to leadership. My own journey from engineer to director taught me that technical expertise alone isn't enough - modern leadership requires a deep understanding of people, psychology, and organizational dynamics.
I founded Eng2Lead to help other technical professionals navigate this challenging transition, combining my experience in leading large R&D teams with a modern understanding of leadership and team dynamics.
